About John Kellett
ARB Registered Architect. RIBA Chartered Architect. RIBA Chartered Practice. Qualified conservation architect (PGDip). ASBA member.
I am a Trustee of the Rothwell Preservation Trust (owner of a number of listed buildings in Rothwell, including Sir Thomas Tresham's Market House). Also Trustee of The Orton Trust (promoting and offering training in stonemasonry).
As an architect I specialise in working with existing buildings to make them function better in the C21. As a former member of the RIBA's Conservation Group I sat on the Steering Committee that set up the RIBA's Register of Conservation Architects. I am also attempting to introduce BIM workflows and documentation into working with historic buildings with the benefits that has for the management of facilities and estates that feature existing and historic buildings.
